1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkbd ("tkbd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://tkbd.club. By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any service made available through the tkbd platform, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the tkbd website from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the tkbd platform regardless of the device used (desktop computer, mobile phone, tablet), the method of access (direct browser navigation, saved bookmark, search engine result), or the jurisdiction from which the user is accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the tkbd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

If you are accessing the tkbd platform on behalf of any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in this Agreement shall include that entity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The tkbd platform is strictly intended for adult entertainment. To register an account and use any service on tkbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or participating in any activity on the tkbd platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party without our explicit written consent.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the tkbd platform or imposed by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority — that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling activities.
• You must not currently be registered as a problem gambler with any recognised gambling addiction support organisation.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

tkbd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the tkbd compliance team may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available on tkbd — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all tkbd accounts:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the tkbd platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tkbd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated while operating a duplicate account.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your tkbd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any discrepancy between your registration details and the identity documents you provide during verification may result in account suspension until the discrepancy is resolved.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. tkbd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify the tkbd support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. tkbd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, tkbd may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account details matching the account used for deposits)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to tkbd's satisfaction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

tkbd currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tkbd does not charge any platform-side transaction fees for deposits made through supported local mobile financial services.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the tkbd cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted from time to time at tkbd's discretion. Players should consult the cashier for the most current limits before initiating a transaction.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkbd account in real time. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the processing times of the issuing institution. tkbd is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. tkbd targets a processing time of 1–3 hours for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. First-time withdrawals from a newly verified account are subject to an additional manual review by the tkbd finance team before processing. tkbd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before releasing funds.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and winnings on the tkbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tkbd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment method processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any currency conversion costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tkbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant bonus offer, as well as the following general bonus rules that apply across the entire tkbd platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses, free spins winnings, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds can be approved. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual bonus offer description.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the tkbd platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) is stated in the individual bonus terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spin credits not used, and any wagering requirements not satisfied, by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Exploitation: tkbd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated group play, or any form of arbitrage betting strategy.

tkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the tkbd website.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the tkbd platform are governed by the rules specified within each individual game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled wager.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on the tkbd platform — including slots, virtual table games, and RNG card games — use certified random number generators supplied by tkbd's game provider partners (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). These RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and free from any form of manipulation by tkbd or any third party.

Live Casino

Live casino games are delivered via real-time video stream from purpose-built studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified live dealer providers. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. All live dealer dealing procedures are audited on an ongoing basis by independent testing organisations.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on tkbd — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events), football, and other supported sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook section. tkbd reserves the right to void, suspend, or revise odds on any market in the event of data feed errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or other exceptional circumstances. All settled bets are final unless tkbd identifies a manifest error in the odds at the time the bet was placed.

Manifest Errors

tkbd reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed failures, or human input errors — regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the tkbd platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Attempting to access the tkbd platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including chip dumping, seat agreements, or coordinated betting strategies — in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors in a manner that provides an unfair financial advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void
• Attempting to launder money or use the tkbd platform to process proceeds of illegal activity
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal fraud in connection with deposits made to tkbd
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tkbd staff or other players via any communication channel
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your tkbd account or account balance to any third party
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location

8. Account Suspension & Closure

tkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious transaction activity that triggers tkbd's anti-money laundering controls
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension
• Any other reason that tkbd determines, in its reasonable judgement, warrants account action to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tkbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon receiving a closure request, tkbd will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method and close the account within five (5) business days. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure via the tkbd Player Safety team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbd platform — including but not limited to the tkbd brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkbd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkbd platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the tkbd platform without the prior written consent of tkbd.

All game content delivered through the tkbd platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of any game content outside of the tkbd platform is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the tkbd platform or any service offered therein
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the tkbd platform or any part of it
• Any delay or failure in the transmission of data between your device and tkbd's servers
• Any loss of data, game history, or account information resulting from technical failure
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the tkbd platform
• Any third-party actions including payment provider delays, network outages, or game provider errors
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

The tkbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tkbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the tkbd website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the tkbd platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the tkbd platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, tkbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, notification by email is provided as a courtesy only and does not affect the immediate effectiveness of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tkbd's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and tkbd, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the tkbd support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link), providing a clear written description of the issue, the relevant account details, and your proposed resolution. tkbd will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal legal channels. You agree that any legal proceedings against tkbd shall be conducted in the jurisdiction in which tkbd is registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for this purpose.
